Our Canberra Women’s Health Clinics

Health is the overall condition of complete physical, psychological and social welfare and not just the absence of disease or illness.

It is one of the most significant areas in which women encounter threats that are different from those dealt by men.

A woman’s health is her total well-being – emotional, social and physical. It is not determined exclusively by biological reasons and reproduction, but also nutrition, as well as the social and economic circumstance of their lives.

Women have the right to the enjoyment of the best possible standard of physical and mental health. This right is significant to their life and well-being and their capability to participate in all extents of public and private life.

Our Women’s Health Focus

Here’s our Women’s Health Clinic’s focus

Obstetrics

Pregnancy can be a very exciting journey for most, filled with hope and anticipation for the safe arrival of your baby.

I understand the process of becoming pregnant is not the same for all. For some it requires little, if any assistance, and for others it requires a greater degree of medical intervention.

I have a particular passion for both low and high risk obstetrics. My extensive experience extends to caring for women with

  • multiple pregnancies
  • advanced maternal age
  • underlying medical conditions
  • post IVF pregnancies
  • complex obstetric surgery
  • Pregnancy testing and ultrasound scans
  • Dilatation and curettage (D&C) for incomplete miscarriage

My team of support staff provide a caring and compassionate environment for you to discuss your medical requirements with total confidentiality
