History: 44-year-old lady who is para three (two vaginal deliveries and one caesarean section). Patient presented with abdominal pain and heavy periods. Ultrasound showed a bulky uterus with fibroids.
Procedure: Total laparoscopic hysterectomy and removing both fallopian tubes. Uterosacral ligament suspension to prevent prolapse of the vaginal vault.
Histopathology: Benign fibroids were confirmed.
Postop: Patient recovered well with no concerns.
