History: A 25-year-old nulliparous patient was referred with a large fibroid uterus measuring 15.6x10.7x14.2cm. The patient complained of significant lower back pain and tiredness.
A laparoscopic myomectomy with debulking of the fibroid was performed. Histopathology confirmed a benign nature of the fibroid.
Patient recovered well with no concerns.
